In their own words
Our product Electrifi is an IoT based power management device providing all in one solutions of power conservation, power theft detection and home automation features. It effectively uses data to save upto 25% power per month and also easing the process of managing all of your electrical appliances by using your smartphones. Our product addresses the following problems: 1. Global problem of electricity power wastage due to inefficiency of appliances and misuse of appliances: According to Natural Resources Defence Council, when the devices that are “off” or in standby or sleep mode can use up to the equivalent of 50 large power plants’ worth of electricity and cost more than $19 billion in electricity bills every year. When seen from the environmental aspect, this amounts to a million tonnes of carbon dioxide. An old freezer can consume $40 extra per year as compared to a new one. 2. According to Ministry of Power, Government of India, 545.9 Mega tonnes of coal is burnt to produce electricity. Considering datas from other sources and comparing it with this coal usage data by Ministry of Power, we have found that for generating 1 unit of electricity 1.06 kg coal is burnt. And burning 1 kg of coal can generate 2.38 kg of carbon-dioxide. We also know the per Capita consumption of electricity in India is 1122 units. Even by saving 10% using Electri-Fi, therefore each person can save 112 units per year. Calculating the amount of CO2 emissions that can be prevented by using Electri-Fi is 40kg per year per person. 3. Electricity theft: In India electricity theft cost incurred is $16.2 billion per year. 4. Transparency in electric bill and consumption value.

The neighbourhood
This record carries no locality line, so the district is the finest ring we can place it in.
What we do not know
- no funding signal of any kind
We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.
Is this your company?
Everything here comes from public government records. If something is wrong, the authoritative place to correct it is the Startup India portal itself, and we will pick the correction up on the next monthly snapshot.
