Inspired by the success story of IDLI / DOSA Batter in South Indian states and expanded to other parts of India and abroad by one of the leading Food Processing company; we have carefully incubated “QUITEBITE FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED” based at Kolkata with an objective to manufacture initially the packaged IDLY / DOSA Batter and market it in Kolkata and adjoining Towns. Based on the performance of our operation we will expand our business to adjoining state capitals like Ranchi, Patna, Guwahati and Agartala. After much research on this product at Bangalore, QUITEBITE FOODS Private Limited is conceptualized at Bangalore and Incorporated at Kolkata. It’s founded by a professional having 25 years of post-MBA corporate experience, out of which 12 years’ experience in handling Foods and Perishable Food Products in India with major Indian corporates. The Co-Founder having operational experience in International Supply Chain of about 26 years in India and abroad. The major reasons of growth for this IDLI / DOSA Batter are: 1) Breakfast market growing at 17% annually 2) Increasing number of working women 3) Increase of Urbanization 4) Our product would provide low calorie and nutritive meals which fit in today's health-conscious generation. 5) The Processing of IDLI / DOSA batter is low-cost venture compare to other food products 6. Indian Diaspora in other countries looking for ethnic foods away from home present huge potential for Export of RTC Batter. Our objective is to develop Food Products which will make direct or indirect health benefits for our customers. Our Food products will be manufactured and packed with automatic packaging machine involving minimum human touch and cold chain would be maintained in the Supply Chain process. Finally, this IDLI / DOSA Batter processing Factory beside addressing the needs of the Customers; the business will create lots of employment especially unskilled and semi-skilled workers at local level.
