AIDDT provides an end-to-end pipeline for drug design with a continuously learning generative artificial intelligence. This allows researchers and enterprises to develop effective treatments faster. The pipeline is adaptive and modular which means that it can be customized for a wide variety of design tasks. Furthermore, the modules are reusable and can be used interchangeably with multiple pipelines. The generative AI allows for the creation of novel drug candidate modules and is flexible to the amount of initial data. It can begin the optimization cycle with an extremely small number of initial molecules, but can also be scaled up to consider a larger number of candidate molecules. By doing so, it allows for the automatic generation of novel, optimized drug candidates.
