We are working on setting up a Grey weaving unit equipped with recently launched Toyota JAT 910 Air Jet Looms with Cam Shedding Mechanism in our existing land situated at Kantalia Industrial Complex, Howrah Amta Road, Katlia, Ankurhati, Howrah, West Bengal, PIN - 711409. We will have 24 Nos. of Toyota versatile Air Jet Looms which can produce 1by1 suiting fabric, Twill Polyester Cotton, Viscose, Shirting fabric, Suiting Fabric, Satin/Sateen fabric to Giza Cotton and Denim Fabric. We will also have a in house warping facility. Our unit will be entirely humidity controlled, ensuring optimal weaving conditions. Our state-of-the-art machines have the capacity of producing export grade fabrics with exceptional quality. Our estimated production capacity of 1by1 fabric (Suiting) is approximately 46+ Lac meters/year and Twill Polyester Cotton is approximately 92+ Lac meters/year. The unit will also be computerized. For this project, we are investing 2 parcels of land of ours in the same location, one is 14 Katha (Land type: Industrial, Value: 4.2 Cr.) and the other one is 02 Kh 08 Ch 14 Sft (Applying for land conversion to Industrial Land, Value: 75 Lac). We have already spent 50 Lacs for Land Development, 50 Lac for partial shed building, brick boundary, entry gate and security cum electrical room building. We have a paid up capital of 50 Lac and a Reserve Capital of 50 Lac. We have already obtained the sanctioned plan, Panchayat NOC, Certificate of Incorporation, Trade License, Udyam Registration, Machine Layout and estimation, preliminary project report etc. We are looking for some fiscal support/ an Angel Investor /a Venture Capitalist for getting a fund of Rs. 5 Cr. in which 50% will be taken as debt @ 10 - 12% interest for 2.5 - 3 years with an exit plan through Government subsidies under WBTIS where 20% of the plant machinery value (up to 10 Cr.) will be Credited to our account within 1.5 -2 years from the date of commercial production commencement and rest of 50% investment against 5% equity. Our estimated required Term Loan for Plant and Machineries is 18 Cr. We only need the margin money for materialising the project. Our expected basic turnover for the 1by1 fabric is 32 Cr. (46+ Lac meter x Rs. 70/- per meter). The same will increase according to the material woven. This project also comes under Women Empowerment as stake holding position of mine is 90%.
