With the recent threat of COVID19, general public and our Govt would want to avoid crowds and queues in public places. To be able to control the footfall at shopping malls, product store or service centres, our SAAS tool will enable store/ mall/ fitness centres etc to provide booking slots for a specific number of customers. Also, for appointment based services, e/g visit to a testing lab/ clinics, our tool will enable time scheduling and management with real time updates to customers. Product has worldwide applications. The system is web/app/extension based, hence minimal technology challenge in setting up and operating the tool. Product/ service provider simply needs to login to the web browser/ app dashboard and start scheduling/ managing orders and sending according to customers accordingly through dashboard. Hence it works great for both small shops in a local neighbourhood, or by large retail stores and malls or by service providers. Advantages of using Queue Sense: For Product/ Service providers: 1.
