Securnyx360 aims to make the visitor register in the residential complexes obsolete and also ensure the flat owner receive visitor notification early on along with the option to approve/deny the visitor. Visitor entry is done on a tablet and the visitor leaves a secure and verified audit trail as the phone number is verified during visitor entry. Security guard at any point of time knows who has been inside for how much time and can verify with residents for visitors who have been staying too long. Flat residents can lock down their flat virtually and turn away visitors right at the gate at the time of check-in. The security guard app tracks alertness of guards periodically and ensures they are not sleeping on duty. Security guards also have the option to send out bulk emergency notification in case of fire/theft or any other incident. It also make it easier for security guards to track the owner of a vehicle specially in large apartment complexes where there might be hundreds of vehicles. The system is deployed on Amazon AWS and will be offered as a SAAS model. The platform can be used by millions of flat owners in real time and apartment security and management platform will be a 10,000+ crores market by 2021 and we being a pioneer this this field are looking to capture a significant market share. We are not looking for any funding and are bootstrapped.
