Now a day’s plastic is an essential material in daily life. That’s why polymer industry is growing up day by day. Presently automatic plastic injection molding machines have been manufactured by the foreign industries. The main problem is that the starting price of those machines is around ten to twelve Lakhs (in Indian rupees). Therefore, it is difficult for the SSI & MSI industry owner to purchase those machines for their own commercial purpose. Also in case of manually controlled machine, the production rate is very low and labour cost is very high. As a result, they are getting backward in the intentional market compared to those giant industries. Here we are building low cost fully automatic ans semi automatic plastic injection molding machines. We feel this initiative will make the price of those machines to a certain range so that small and medium scale industry owners can easily afford it. So we can bridge the gap of demand and supply in plastic processing sector by reducing the supply of imported plastic injection molding machine.In today’s scenario, the employment is a big issue for all the skilled labour. We belief this type of initiative will help the people to start their own business in the plastic sector.We are trying to spread our business in the domestic market where a huge opportunity is waiting for us. If we are succeeded, we will enter into the global market. We have a vision and strong technical team to fulfill our dream. Using the machine, we are not only increasing our own business but motivate other small industry owner to come forward with their innovative idea to make their dream successful.
