1). Innovation :- Unlike the traditional deep litter system of rearing layer poultry birds, the birds under this form of rearing will be kept under environmentally controlled condition, will be fed automatically and in appropriate quantity through the feed trolley and automatic collection of eggs to be done through the egg conveyor belt to avoid any sort of disturbances to the birds. The day to day litter of the birds will also be cleaned and removed from the house through a manure conveyor belt unlike in other form of rearing, which causes breathing problems to the birds because of the presence of Nitrogen gas in it. The innovative ways of rearing of birds will indeed change the orthodox ways of rearing layer poultry birds under deep litter system and conventional California cage system. (2).Development/Improvement of Products :- This new form of rearing of layer poultry birds and quality feed manufactured from own feed mill plant will lead to higher productivity of eggs and also reduce the mortality rate of birds to a large extent. Clean sanitary conditions for poultry sheds and equipments, balanced feed, fresh clean water from deep tube well/bore well through overhead tank and pipeline, proper vaccination at proper time by the 3). Employment Generation:- The unit is careful about the areas of social development, like rural health, education & education materials etc and the unit will look forward to uplift rural poverty through different ways of social services in that particular area.Employment is the main source of economic upliftment of an area. Besides the economic development and large scale employment, the company looks forward to develop the area’s own culture when the area is the backward area in the district of Uttar Dinajpur. (4). Scope:- Although the Uttar Dinajpur district in the northern part of West Bengal is one of the most underdeveloped district in the state of West Bengal, the geographic location of it is close to the Indo-Bangladesh border. In this aspect, the company will look forward to extend it’s base in export of eggs to other countries in the future and also fulfill the Prime Minister’s vision of “ Vocal for Local” to achieve the goal of “ Aatmanirbhar Bharat” (Self-reliant India).
