Health is wealth, a statement we have heard so many times, yet we have so easily ignored it. On top of that, with the advent of Covid, our lifestyles have changed significantly.Our well-being, be it mental, physical or emotional, has deteriorated. By analyzing these trends among kids & adults alike, Sri Yoga and Wellness Services Pvt Ltd realized the importance of bringing a change towards the betterment of the society. What we discovered is that one can tackle these issues through the ancient practice of Yoga. Yoga is not just about chants & positions; it is a way of life. It helps to relax anybody’s heart,body, mind & soul. When your mind, body, and spirit are in good shape,you’re happier, more productive, and more satisfied with life. Our goal is to combine the intricacies of Yoga with technology to deliver a wellness solution & build an ecosystem of healthy individuals. We intend to educate & empower people with the benefits of Yoga, offer personally curated solutions, through various digital & physical channels. We are working on multiple brands under parent company Sri Yoga and WelIness Services Pvt Ltd. In Our first brand – Swasthya Mantra Studio YOGA ( SMS YOGA ) - Created with the vision of providing comprehensive, relaxing & intuitive online Yoga classes under one roof. Besides SMSYOGA.COM, we have conceptualized a larger picture to bring Pranayama and Breathwork along with Yoga in every household. Our upcoming ventures include: 1) YOGAZAPP - A Yoga app that measures, tracks & solves health related concerns with recorded content & yogic diet. 2) Swasthya Mantra Studio - New Age Wellness Studio focused on providing Offline Yoga practice with multiple dimensions for a healthy Indian. 3) YOGBHARAT - Teaching theoretical aspects of Yoga and building a community of Yogi’s 4) MyVocalYogi - An app with digital studio that promotes mental wellness with Pranayam & Meditation at the heart of it. 5) BookMyYogi - An aggregator platform providing mechanism to book online & offline Yoga classes across the globe.
