What do we do?We have a dark/cloud kitchen model where the base kitchen is responsible for purchase, pre-preparation of foods, training and quality control, and the satellite/dark/cloud kitchens, or “Nodes” as well call them, are responsible for last mile cooking and customer interfacing.Base Kitchen Details - 6000 Sq Ft facility with Biryani, Tandoor, Gravy, Butchery, Cold and Dry Storage, Logistics and HO sections. - Manned by Ustaads (senior cooks with 3+ decades of experience) and headed by AVP, Production (with more 2 decades of experience in places like JW Mariott and Westin.Node Details - Typically 500-1200 Sq Ft facility with Biryani, Tandoor, Cold and Dry Storage, Call taking and Dispatch sections. - Manned by Commies and headed by Sous Chef (cooks with 5+ years of experience) - Total Capex plus Working Capital for 3 months per Node – INR 30 lakhs.Strengths- Our production process is independent of highly skilled labor. So we are insulated against the one of the most important pain-points in the F&B sector – Attrition - We are the ONLY truly dark kitchen based QSR company in Eastern India, and are all set to gain all the first mover advantages.Achievements- Current Revenue – INR 77 Lakhs (approx) (incl tax) for Dec 2018 - Years of existence – 2 years (Dec 2016 till date ) - Outlets – 4 mature outlets, 2 nascent outlets (less than 3 months old) - Zomato ratings (for mature outlets) – 4.3, 4.3, 4.5, 4.2
