Suryodaya Toys LLP (The Firm) is going to set up a toy manufacturing unit located at E4-300/2, New Factory Complex Road, Thakurpukur, Village: Maheshtala, PO – Raipur, District – Kolkata, Pin – 700141, West Bengal.The partners of the firm are Mr. Sumit Agarwal and Mrs. Renu Agarwal. Considering the growing demand for toys in the domestic as well as foreign market manufacturing of toys becomes very lucrative business prospect for the firm. Toy manufacturing unit that aims to help children learn through play. A toy is an item that's employed in play, particularly one designed for such use like learning, gaming, grooming strength build-up and off course the enjoyment of the children. Playing with toys is a pleasant means that of training and grooming young kids.Playing with toys is considered to be important when it comes to academic learning, growing up and learning about the world around us. Younger children use toys to discover their identity, help their bodies grow strong, learn cause and effect, explore relationships, and practice skills they will need as adults. Adults on occasion use toys to form and strengthen social bonds, teach, help in therapy, and to remember and reinforce lessons from their youth. The toys are covers different age groups. To reduce the carbon footprint and environmental pollution the firm is planning to install solar panel power project in an area of 3500 sq. ft. on the terrace, which can be extended to another area of 2500 sq. ft. in the future. This will provide green energy reducing electricity costs drastically. Note that electricity costs account for about 40-50% of the cost of production. Hence this advantage will reduce the cost of production notably by more than 30%. With this we will have a huge competitive advantage in domestic and export markets and hopefully force other players to move towards green energy sources in the future. Use of solar energy and women employment in assembling process, provides huge environmental and social benefits along with cost advantages.
