Synergenix AI PVT LTD, is a healthcare AI start-up which aims to develop a unified clinical intelligence ecosystem for the medical practitioners, clinicians, hospitals, diagnostic centres and patients. Our goal is to unify the fragmentation of medical data into one cohesive platform. What we are building 1) AI-assisted Communicable Disease Dashboard (initial focus: dengue and other communicable diseases) A field- and facility-ready dashboard to support surveillance, triage, case tracking, guideline/SOP-driven decision support, referrals, and operational reporting—designed to help front-line medical workers and health administrators respond faster and more consistently. 2) AI-assisted Oncology Dashboard A structured workflow assistant for clinicians that consolidates patient context and longitudinal history to support stratification, monitoring, and care coordination—aimed at improving continuity of care and decision support in resource-constrained settings. 3) AI-assisted Critical Care Support (Ventilator Support Solution) An ICU-focused dashboard to assist with ventilator workflows through monitoring, alerts, protocol adherence support, and clinician-in-the-loop recommendations—supporting safer escalation and standardised respiratory care pathways. 4) APIs for the wearable category and Medical Mobile App Suite We work with physiological data feeds to improve the interpretation of signals. Our system learns patterns in sensor behaviour to distinguish low-quality or faulty readings from true physiological changes. We build continuously evolving digital twins of each user’s physiological baseline, enabling the system to understand what is clinically normal for that individual over time. We have developed this approach over clinical datasets related to various medical conditions, and while we currently operate on data feeds, it can be naturally extended to live sensor streams from wearable devices.
