Talent Carriage is a Shared Services Company that brings advantages of scalability, ordinarily available only to very large & global organisations, to smaller organisations of any size. This business model enables them to have access to mature technology, processes & experts, which they would have ordinarily not been able to afford. Access to such shared services & delivery models not only help these businesses to be successful in the short-term, but also enhances their internal processes and effectiveness, vastly improving their long-term sustenance in domestic and global markets. Talent Carriage has its in-house technology, processes & experts, who provide end-to-end deliveries of identified functions. Currently, this is limited to HR Shared Services only, but is planned to be extended to cover IT, Finance, Supply-Chain & Procurement, Business Operations, Legal & Marketing Services. Talent Carriage is founded by 8 professionals, including ex-CEOs and CxOs of major brands like Nokia, Siemens, NIIT, Reliance & Genpact, who collectively bring over 250 years' experience in Indian and global markets in the areas of shared services, HR, strategy, business operations, finance and IT. While very large & global organisations currently avail of such shared services through service providers like Accenture, Deloitte, EY and Capgemini, the shared services market is expected to transform smaller companies' through regional players, who are able to bring established service provider practices at significantly lower rates, and higher flexibility, thus addressing local smaller companies' needs. Talent Carriage business model is thus created to be amongst the 1st such service provider of shared services in the Indian market.
