We have built a network of 1000+ investors (HNIs, Family offices, Angel, Seed Investors and Institutional investors) who invest between 100K USD-5 mil USD. We have invested resources to map these investors on ticket size and categories of interest and take special care to ensure that the right potential investor sees the right opportunity. We aim to raise capital in the next 3-12 months. VG founders have been multiple entrepreneurs themselves and are start-up enthusiasts. Leaving you the two options we engage in. OPTION 1: Venture Garage as a Partner Fund raising remains the primary focus, The “Garager” program, a one of a kind program works with businesses through their early years where strategic experience, market-access, technology-understanding and fund raising are most required. We believe there are 3+2=5 key thrust areas which make an enterprise scalable and thus fundable. 1. Strategy or the Story: Monthly review meetings on business direction, action plan, milestones, roadblocks/challenges etc 2. Product: Differentiation, Focus, Product roadmap 3. People: Find mentors, advisors, cofounders & employees. MORE IMPORTANTLY: 4. Go-To-Market: We use our network of 100,000+ CXOs, Business Owners & Decision makers to generate sales/business and do strategic tie-ups for rapid growth. You can use the network to find customers. You can also use our network for digital marketing activities such as emailers, social media posts & PR. 5. Capital: We use our network of 1,000+ HNIs, Family offices, Angels, Strategic & VC investors to raise capital for the company OPTION 2: Fund Raising 1. VG will shortlist potential investors based on their focus sectors & investment ticket size (Identify about 30 investors from the 1000+) 2. VG will share the summary with shortlisted investors and call them with intent to create interest. 3. When an investor shows interest in doing a meeting/telecom with the founders, VG will arrange for the same. (10-15 odd investors typically will translate into qualified meetings/telecoms) 4. Engage with the investor to address queries, and send regular updates on the business to investors approached. The update needs to be shared with VG by the founders at-least monthly or as we when required. (3-5 investors typically) 5. VG will handhold through investor meetings/telecoms, negotiations, due diligence, term sheet & shareholder’s agreement.
