We focus on people who come to Kolkata for medical treatment from various parts of the country and abroad but are not residents of the city. Our service provisioning is designed on the model of engaging with the patient before he leaves his home town and continue to assist him till he is cured. To achieve this objective we have adopted a blend of technology deployment for convenience and on ground trained staff to provide care and comfort. Our service offerings at all the three stages (Pre – Peri – Post) are as follows : • Service provided before the patient decides to leave his home town and travel to Kolkata for treatment (Pre) o Online registration on our platform o Booking appointments for hospitals / diagnostics centers and allied services o Ability to upload entire medical history and creating their own EHR o Consulting 2getwell specialist through video conferencing. Presence of an EHR is a great enabler for effective video consult • Service provided once in Kolkata (Peri) o The patient can avail of all the services that are listed above o Plus the patient can physically consult a specialist in the clinic o The on ground staff will handhold the patient during his stay at Kolkata to ensure care and convenience. o Supply of medicines and medical equipments o Stay and travel related arrangements • Service provided after he returns to home town post treatment (Post) o Follow up through video consult with specialists o Augmentation of EHR
