The Entity shall carry on the business, whether within or outside India, of collection, segregation, transportation, trading, processing, composting, recycling, treatment and disposal of all types of waste, including municipal, construction, agricultural, electronic and industrial wastes (whether solid, liquid, or gaseous substances), construction of facilities for processing and mitigation of wastes with or without the simultaneous production of value added byproducts; and to develop, validate, demonstrate, scale up and implementation of new technologies, process and/or products related to the processing and mitigation of wastes, in a way that there will be simultaneous valorization of wastes into commercially important byproducts, resulting in the achievement of circular economy and sell the product or the processes with or without collaboration. Products being developed at present are: 1. Improved feed for poultry and fish-farming; 2. Slow-release biodegradable fertilizer; 3. Concrete hardening accelerator; 4. high quality compost; 5. biodiesel - all are being developed from the processing of municipal, food or agricultural waste.
