FILM MENTORING PROGRAM- Cultivating the next generation of women in the screen industries. Through our Mentoring Program, Women will have the opportunity to clearly understand the career objectives and strategy to reach the goal. In an industry where men often have the advantage of increased access to networking, WIXI MEDIA is presenting the Film Mentoring Program for Women- which is just the perfect way that works to help participants understand the business and proceed towards their dream with Planning & Strategy. Mentors are assigned to circles of accepted mentees within their field of experience, whom they will guide. Mentees get the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the entertainment industry’s business practices and culture, focus their efforts, and hone skills. We feel strongly that mentoring is a crucial part of our mission, and that it is incumbent upon us to ensure that new generations of women in the film, television, and new media businesses are able to take advantage of the experiences of the professionals. The platform will deliver the following – 1. Analysis of the feasibility of the Project- be it Feature Film, Short Film, Documentary, Web Series, or TV Serial 2. Fixing Strategy & Planning to bring the project into life 3. Business Communication & Marketing Analysis 4. Comprehensive industry knowledge instructed by leading filmmaking professionals like Directors, cinematographers, Film & TV Editors, Directors of Photography, Production Designers and Costume Designers, colorists etc. The bottom line of the Film Mentoring Program will be creating opportunities for creative women and helping them to reach success in the film industry.
