I am a Bachelor of Business Law along with Diploma in Labour Law. I have created a portal www.shramsamadhan.com Through this portal, we are spreading information about Industrial and Labour Law. I have crossed half a million views on this website. For now, I have kept all services free. In current times the employee's does not have correct and sufficient knowledge about their rights and duties as per law. Thus they lose opportunities such a Proper Gratuity, Right to PF and Rights under Shops & Establishment Acts or Industrial Laws. We help them free for now and provide the knowledge support they need to get their dues. In the future, we will try to monetize this service when we have a proper brand. The portal will only help employee's by steering them in the right direction, preparation of documents and giving them information about the proper authorities they must visit or correspond with. We are not registered as advocates. So we do not offer any court-related service also we will not indulge in any services that can only be given by an Advocate. The average daily visitors is minimum 800 and queries received is about 150 daily. We are increasing this day by day. Asking for a fee in the range of 50 to 500 Rs per query will give us a good start.
