ZYANNA is a start-up company aiming to empower local manufacturers or traders with excellent product quality, very good local market acceptability but lack of online market exposure and reach to large scale potential customer. We identified that these entities are lacking in knowledge about online marketplaces or they do not have enough manpower to do that. So we decided to help in every aspect to grow and modify themselves for online. ZYANNA has its own online platform named ZYANNA.COM from where we reach our customers. Also, we are expanding through different ecommerce platforms to reach larger audience. We are helping our vendors to modify their products to sell online and guiding them through developing innovative products. We are also guiding to different very small-scale manufacturer to establish their products to larger online marketplace. We are helping them with product development, packaging, marketing etc. Our motto is Help Together, Grow Together.We have been successful in introducing an exclusive collection of varieties of teas from the hills of Darjeeling and Assam. On our way to expand our collections; crumbly cookies, featured snacks and other delectable items are being included that can be enjoyed with tea. Apart from providing high-quality tea leaves and blends; we aim in empowering local manufacturers and traders that lack manpower and knowledge about e-commerce. Notably, our team has taken the initiative to lend their helping hands towards them by providing the best assistance to let them grow.BETTER TOGETHER WITH ZYANNA Post the pandemic of COVID-19, a large poll of customers indeed have shifted themselves towards online portals. As a result, maximum small-scale businesses are facing a huge challenge in the selling of their products. Some even have no idea regarding online marketing of products. Taking this point in high consideration, we have taken the initiative to identify potential businesses and help them in marketing their products smoothly. Also, they are being allowed to expand their businesses online by evaluating business patterns followed by modifying the merchandising techniques.
