BLUEBOX PRINTECH LLP is a digital printing company with capability to print and install Large Format Print Displays. Started in January 2019, BLUEBOX PRINTECH LLP is a one-stop printing service provider trusted by leading brands & companies in India. The company currently operates from Kolkata, India. The Company had been formed with two woman entrepreneurs namely Mrs Smita Halwasiya & Mrs Usha Jhujhunwala. The primary focus of the entrepreneurs is to provide quality printing solutions to the companies or advertising agencies. Digital printing has allowed units to operate centrally and cater to client requirements pan India. BLUEBOX PRINTECH LLP is a digital printing company. It started operations in January 2019 and is currently working with leading advertising and corporate companies of India. BLUEBOX PRINTECH LLP has a special focus on Modern Retail, Financial services, Advertisement agencies and Fashion brands. Bluebox will provide indoor graphics like window graphics, inshop branding, point of sale,home solutions as well as outdoor graphics like outdoor signage, vehicle graphics, architectural graphics, billboards & special prints. BLUEBOX PRINTECH LLP has a team of 10 people including Graphic designers, operators and client coordinators. It has a state of art manufacturing setup with the best in technology printing machines from China & Germany. The imported digital printers offers resolution of 1200 dpi, 7 color & speed of up to 2000 Sq. Ft / hr. It can print large substrate widths of up to 3.5 meter and caters to both indoor as well as outdoor media print solutions. Large substrate thickness of up to 95 mm (3.7 inches) enables printing on multiple substrates. BLUEBOX PRINTECH LLP has set up a unit in Kolkata to cater to clients in Eastern India. With the onset of digital printing, a single centre can cater to pan- India requirements. However, to better service the clients locally and also to meet their timelines, we have set up a printing unit locally. It will help the company to cut its logistics costs and also reduce delivery timelines besides adding new clients in Eastern India. The unit has started with one printing machine which would be used for Digital wide format printing. In addition to the printing machine, the unit has a processing team for cutting and sorting the prints, a set of graphic adapters. The unit is managed by an operating head and a finance team who reports to the Designated Partners. The digital printing machine installed can print at a speed of 2000 square feet / hour, i.e. around 750,000 square feet per month. The print would be largely for advertisement, point of sale, Billboards, commercial activity. In view of growth in Industry in Eastern India, both at industrial and at retail level, we expect this capacity to be utilized fully. The product mix would be similar to current activities covered in page 3 and 4. We would provide extended printing support to our existing clients as well as tap new clients based in Eastern India, focusing on FMCG, fashion brands, Modern Retail and Telecom companies. As the company builds its brand amongst the customers,we would add new machines to cater to incremental demands. Typically each machine has a capacity of 500,000 to 10,00,000 square feet per month. The incremental machines would be added keeping in mind future business. BLUEBOX PRINTECH LLP currently caters to Digital and Wide format printing which is a growing segment and is used in Commercial printing as well as point of sale and advertising activities. These constitute about 7% of the entire industry. Digital printing is a growing segment in the overall printing industry. Further among share of various regions in the overall printing industry, East India has a share of 12% and North, East and South India contribute 88% of total printing industry. Hence, there is an opportunity to provide printing service to largely untapped Eastern India.
